Internal Review
This is the room exactly as it sits today, folder by folder, file by file. Read it the way a party will get it, then tell me what to add, move, or cut.
Open any folder to see every file in it. Next to each file, mark Keep, Move, or Cut, and add a line on why if it needs one.
Each folder also has a box at the bottom for anything missing that should be in there.
When you are done, hit Send my notes at the bottom. It writes the email for you. Your marks are saved on this device, so you can stop and come back.
Builds an email to Brian with everything you marked. Nothing sends until you hit send in your mail app.
